Clean and Spacious Room with Great Breakfast

I had a fantastic stay! The club room was exceptionally clean and spacious, and I particularly enjoyed the large screen TV. Breakfast was the highlight, served by Alison, and it offered a gorgeous variety that catered to our tastes. The hotel is conveniently located near the town centre, making it easy to explore. the noise from other rooms could be an inconvenience at times.

Had a lovely stay for a family event. The room was very comfortable and spacious, making it a great place to relax. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection, and the staff was incredibly helpful, even surprising us with sweet touches like a balloon for the occasion. The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops and attractions.

Great pool in the gym. The staff seemed overwhelmed during the dinner rush, causing long waits for food.

The modern double room offered a comfortable stay, and I appreciated the helpful staff during check-in. The American-inspired dishes served during meals were gorgeous, adding to the enjoyable experience. the spa's strict rules were a downside, especially with frequent staff checks that disrupted the sauna's warmth.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The food was delicious, especially the roasted sirloin, and the private function area was perfect for our celebration. The gym and pool facilities were a surprising highlight, too!

We spent one night in a family room and loved the comfy big beds and large TV. it was just what we needed for a cozy stay. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long trip. We did notice some litter by the pool, but it didn’t take away from our great experience. I recommend checking out the food options while you're there! 😊

I loved the hearty breakfast with great quality food, and the easy walk to the beautiful Walton Hall and Gardens made my stay truly enjoyable as I strolled through its lush grounds and relaxed by the water, feeling a genuine connection to the local charm. although the service could use some attention during busy times, it didn't overshadow the overall experience.

we recently stayed for a wedding ceremony and this hotel exceeded our expectations. the staff were incredibly accommodating and fun, making us feel right at home. the location is perfect, just a short walk from town and the amenities were great, especially the pool.

air conditioning needed servicing

Such pleasant staff! The twin room was comfy with a lovely shower that made me feel like royalty. Dinner and drinks were delightful too!

But darling, the virtual check-in? More confusing than a double maze! A real reception could've saved me from tech-induced frustration.

Great vibes but a few hiccups

Had a decent stay. The location was pretty spot-on for exploring. The room was massive but I was put in a disabled room by mistake, which made the sink too low for me. The bar area was nice for a quick drink, but the food could've been hotter. not too shabby!

Noise levels were noticeable, whether from other guests or general hotel commotion. I'd recommend earplugs if you're sensitive to sound. The air conditioning struggled, creating a disruptive hum that made it tough to catch some shut-eye. The bar area had wall-to-wall screens showcasing constant sports and news, which might charm some, but for me, it felt intrusive and hard to enjoy a quiet drink in peace.
